Reiki:

Reiki is defined as a Universal Life Force that's transmitted to a client through a practitioner. Reiki is a hands on healing modality based on ancient Japanese healing, that neither depletes the practitioner or the receiver. Reiki works in tandem with your body's own natural wisdom, on a cellular and molecular level, to relieve dis-ease and support you in returning to a naturally healthy state of being. Some of the other benefits you'll experience may include: stress reduction, relief from physical pain, depression and anxiety, improved circulation, and accelerated wound healing… even minimizing the effects of Radiation and Chemo!

Reiki feels a little different to everyone- however it never hurts or causes physical discomfort. Sensations range from feeling heat or cool tingling… and some people feel absolutely nothing at all.

If you are currently receiving treatment/therapies for an existing condition, you should not, for any reason, replace your current medical treatments and/or therapies with Reiki. If anything, Reiki is meant to be a complimentary practice, that enhances the benefits you're receiving from your regular treatments.

Energy Work and Meditative Chakra Therapy:

Energy work is similar to Reiki, in that it's primary focus is still balancing and unblocking your chakras (main energy points of the body). However, our Energy Work (or Meditative Chakra Therapy, as created and designed by Cindy) also allows for us to hone in and focus on one or two chakras each session, to really give your body and being the healing time it's been needing. What really makes this Energy Work so incredibly special is that along with that super concentrated Reiki, we also incorporate guided meditation, and sound healing. There's nothing else in the world quite like it, and the best way to learn about it is to come in and experience it for yourself. Sessions are gentle and are a great way to relieve stress.
